This was my first time purchasing a car, naturally I was extremely overwhelmed with all the information and choices. When I originally went to Kia 417, I wasn’t initially sold on the Sportage and was going in just for some information. The sales rep I met with (Clintson) was extremely thorough in explaining the features of the car, took me for a test drive and answered all my questions very respectfully and patiently as I had a million questions lol. What I appreciated most was the transparency in the different fees that are to be paid when purchasing a car. I was given the ENTIRETY of the TOTAL price from the very first appointment. Clintson also took the time on the day of picking up the car to help me set up my Kia Connect app and try out the different features to ensure I knew how everything functioned and answered any remaining questions I had. It was great working with him, he made the process a lot easier than I would’ve imagined!
