JOB DESCRIPTION?
We are looking for an enthusiastic Parts Advisor – Shipper/Receiver to compliment our team at Kia 417′s Service Department. This is a forward facing position that requires both efficiency and personality. As one of the the first impressions of Kia 417′s service department, your duties will include working directly with our parts inventory, maintaining business relationships with current clientele, working and consulting with our vehicle technicians who repair our customer’s vehicles – and most importantly, providing outstanding customer service and displaying pride in one’s work worthy of the Kia 417 name.
A perfectly qualified candidate would be bilingual, organized, punctual and friendly. This position requires you to work in a team environment, both with our technicians doing estimates, and with our customers, advising them of the best course of action in servicing their vehicle with Kia 417. Knowledge of the automotive industry is of course a plus, and special consideration and possible compensation incentives will be given to those applicants having prior experience with ADP or have worked as a Parts Advisor beforehand.
